The rectifier bridge workshop of Jinzhou Dongyou Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. is a production team composed entirely of female employees, consisting of four production lines—from TP1 to TP4. With a total of 50 female workers, though they account for only one-third of the company’s total production workforce, they undertake nearly half of the company’s production tasks, truly making them the “other half of the sky” at the company.

In the thematic practice activity titled “Study Ideologies, Be Pioneers, and Achieve New Merits,” all female workers deeply put into practice the philosophy of “improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency,” transforming their enthusiasm for learning into tangible achievements that tackle tough challenges head-on. They rigorously control quality, implement meticulous operational procedures, and tap into untapped potential for cost reduction, continuously optimizing processes in terms of materials, energy consumption, and operational efficiency. Through diligent study and relentless practice, actively seeking guidance from technical experts and repeatedly rehearsing during their spare time, the entire workforce has significantly enhanced their operational skills, becoming true masters of their respective positions. In 2024, this workshop achieved a cumulative output exceeding 2.4 million units and generated revenues of 94.7 million yuan, making a decisive contribution to the company’s overall output surpassing 100 million yuan and helping the company meet its challenging targets. Not only have they established new merits through outstanding performance, but they have also set an exemplary model as pioneers, demonstrating a spirit of unity, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Their remarkable stories have greatly inspired all employees’ work enthusiasm and innovative vitality, serving as an outstanding example of the thematic practice activity.
It was honored as the Jinzhou City March 8th Red Flag Collective in 2022 and awarded the Jinzhou City Workers’ Vanguard Title in 2023.
